I believe documentation is a core part of the product experience, not an afterthought. I collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather accurate technical inputs, align with product intent, and support user needs.

I write and maintain comprehensive user-facing and internal documentation for software products — including how-to guides, tutorials, API references, onboarding materials, and release notes. I follow a docs-as-code approach, working primarily in Markdown and version-controlled environments with the same Git-based workflows as engineering teams. This workflow enables close collaboration with engineers and integration into the development lifecycle.

Beyond writing, I design the information architecture that underpins the documentation — organizing content into intuitive hierarchies, navigation structures, and topic types. I focus on helping users find the right information quickly and understand how concepts connect across the product.
