Creating learning experiences that actually stick requires more than writing — it takes an understanding of how people learn and what motivates them to keep going.
At n8n, I designed and developed the first certification courses that help users learn automation with n8n - from basic concepts to full workflows.
I collaborated with product managers, engineers, and designers to develop the syllabus and build practical workflows.
To bring the courses up and running for our users, I used the docs-as-code approach and wrote the lessons in Markdown files and deployed on our docs site using VuePress.
